  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: This app provides information regarding fire company runs, worker schedules, firehouse/police/hospital locations, and alarm box numbers. Rachels Solutions Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Locations and box numbers can change without warning.

  • Not for Emergency Use: This app is for informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon for emergency response or life-safety decisions.

  • Sound Simulations: MDT sound simulations are for entertainment purposes and do not represent an official connection to the FDNY or any municipal emergency service.

2. Third-Party Advertisements & News

  • Ad Disclaimer: The App may display advertisements from third parties. Rachels Solutions Inc. is not responsible or liable for the content, products, or services of any third-party advertisements. Any dealings with advertisers are strictly between you and said third party.

  • External News: We have no control over news listed from 3rd party sites and assume no responsibility for their content or accuracy.

3. User Accounts & Conduct

  • Login Required: You must create an account to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use this app to violate laws, upload harmful code (viruses, worms), or engage in conduct that disrupts the app’s operation.

  • Data Integrity: Rachels Solutions Inc. is not responsible for any data loss, though we do perform offline backups to a MySQL database.

  • Account & User Content: We collect login credentials and store member events and comments.

  • Data Security: Your data is backed up to a secure, offline MySQL database.

  • Device Permissions: To share and sync data between the App and your device, we require access to your device’s calendar.

  • Notifications: Push notifications are available but not required for app functionality.

2. Third-Party Advertisers

  • No Responsibility for Ads: Rachels Solutions Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices of 3rd party advertisers. These advertisers may use their own tracking technologies, and we encourage you to review their specific privacy policies.

3. Data Sharing & Marketing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We are strictly prohibited from compiling your information for marketing lists or distributing your data to third parties except Barash & Mcgarry Law Firm for marketing purposes.

  2. Sign in and click DELETE under the “Delete Account” section.

  3. If you have trouble signing in, use the “Forgot Password” feature or email us.
