How to convert Excel to PDF in bulk

  1. Drop in your spreadsheets, or press Choose a folder to add a whole folder, subfolders included.
  2. Choose separate PDFs, or one combined PDF.
  3. Press Convert to PDF, then download each file or everything as one ZIP that keeps your folder layout.

🔒 Spreadsheets must be converted on our server, two at a time, over an encrypted connection. Each file is deleted as soon as its conversion finishes. Nothing is kept or looked at.

Every sheet in the workbook is included. Page breaks follow each sheet's own print settings, the same as when you print from Excel. To get a wide sheet on fewer pages, set "Fit to page" in Excel's Page Setup before converting. Macros are never run.
