Which format? PNG keeps text perfectly sharp. JPG and WebP make much smaller files, which is better for photos and sharing.
Pages: type 1-3, 5 for pages 1 to 3 and page 5, or 8- for page 8 to the end. Leave it empty for every page.
One long image stacks all the pages into a single tall picture, which is handy for sharing a short document on social media or in chat.
300 DPI is right for printing. 600 DPI makes very large images, so use it only when you need the detail.
