How to convert PDF to Excel in bulk
- Drop in your PDFs, or press Choose a folder.
- Choose Excel or CSV, and whether each PDF page gets its own sheet.
- Press Convert to Excel, then download each file or everything as one ZIP.
🔒 Your PDFs are converted by your own browser and are never uploaded to our server.
What to expect
- Text is placed into rows and columns by where it sits on the page, so tables, statements, invoices and reports line up in cells.
- Numbers like
1,234.56,$9.99,(12.50)and45%become real numbers you can add up. Codes with leading zeros, like00123, stay as text. - Scanned PDFs are pictures of paper with no real text, so there is nothing to pull out of them.
- Pages with unusual layouts may need a little tidying in Excel afterwards.
