How to convert PowerPoint to PDF in bulk
- Drop in your presentations, or press Choose a folder to add a whole folder, subfolders included.
- Choose separate PDFs, or one combined PDF.
- Press Convert to PDF, then download each file or everything as one ZIP that keeps your folder layout.
🔒 Presentations must be converted on our server, two at a time, over an encrypted connection. Each file is deleted as soon as its conversion finishes. Nothing is kept or looked at.
Each slide becomes one PDF page, in order. Hidden slides are left out, as they are when you present. Animations and videos can't be shown in a PDF, so each slide appears as it looks once all its animations have finished. Uncommon fonts may be replaced with similar ones. Macros are never run.
