Free Bulk EXIF Viewer & Remover
Photos quietly carry hidden details: the camera or phone, when they were taken and often exactly where. See it for lots of photos at once, and remove it before you share them. Everything happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
Quick human check, then the tool unlocks:
How to remove EXIF data from photos in bulk
- Drop in your photos, or press Choose a folder.
- Choose Remove all hidden info, or just the location. You'll see what each photo contained.
- Press Remove info, then download the cleaned photos one by one or all as a ZIP that keeps your folder layout.
๐ Your photos are read and cleaned by your own browser and are never uploaded to our server.
What gets removed
- EXIF: camera or phone make and model, serial numbers, date and time taken, lens and exposure settings, editing software, and the GPS location.
- XMP and IPTC: author names, copyright, captions, keywords, editing history and places.
- Comments, thumbnails and extra data some phones add after the picture.
No quality loss
JPG, PNG and WebP photos are cleaned by cutting the hidden sections out of the file. The picture itself is copied byte for byte and not re-compressed. HEIC (iPhone), TIFF and AVIF photos can't be edited that way in a browser, so they are saved as high-quality JPG or PNG without the hidden info.
Social networks often strip this info when you upload, but email, messaging apps, cloud links and websites usually don't.
