Free Bulk Email DNS Checker (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Emails landing in spam? Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Check every domain you send from in one go, and see exactly what to fix.
Quick human check, then the tool unlocks:
What each check means
- SPF lists the servers allowed to send your email. There must be exactly one SPF record, it must need no more than 10 DNS lookups, and it should end in
~allor-all. - DKIM signs every message so receivers can tell it wasn't changed. Keys are stored under a "selector" name chosen by your email provider. If yours isn't found, type it in the selector box (your provider's setup page shows it).
- DMARC tells receivers what to do with mail that fails SPF and DKIM:
none(just report),quarantine(spam folder) orreject. - MX records say which servers receive your email.
- MTA-STS and TLS-RPT make sure incoming email is always encrypted. BIMI shows your logo next to your emails in some inboxes.
๐ Only public DNS records are looked up. The domains you check are not saved or logged.
