How to repair PDFs in bulk
- Drop in your PDFs, or press Choose a folder.
- Press Repair PDFs. Each file is checked, and fixed if needed.
- Download the repaired PDFs one by one, or all as one ZIP that keeps your folder layout.
🔒 PDFs are repaired on our server over an encrypted connection. Each file is deleted as soon as it has been repaired. Nothing is kept or looked at.
How the repair works
- Repaired: the file's internal index was rebuilt. Everything is kept: text, pictures, links, bookmarks and form fields.
- Recovered: the file was cut off (for example, a download that stopped early). Every page that arrived is put back together; anything that never arrived stays blank.
- Rebuilt: the file was too damaged for that, so every page that could still be read was copied into a brand-new PDF. Links and form fields may be lost.
- No problems found: the PDF is healthy and is handed back unchanged. If it still won't open, try a different PDF reader.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first with the PDF Unlocker.
