Delete pages, keep only the ones you need, reorder, reverse or strip out blank pages in lots of PDFs at once. Or drag pages into order by hand. Everything happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
Quick human check, then the tool unlocks:
Drop PDF files or whole folders here
Use one rule for every PDF, or arrange each one by hand.
Page numbers and ranges, separated by commas. last is the last page, last-1 the one before it, 5- means page 5 to the end. For a new order, ranges can run backwards (10-1) and pages can repeat.
Drag pages to reorder them. โ marks a page for deletion (press it again to keep it). PDFs you don't open here are skipped.
How to organize PDF pages in bulk
- Drop in your PDFs, or press Choose a folder.
- Pick a rule, such as Delete these pages: 1, last, or switch to Arrange by hand and drag the pages around.
- Press Organize PDFs, then download each PDF or everything as one ZIP that keeps your folder layout.
๐ Your PDFs are processed by your own browser and are never uploaded to our server.
Examples
- Remove a cover page from every file: Delete the first page.
- Keep only a summary: Keep only these pages:
1-2. - Move the last page to the front: Put pages in this order:
last, 1-last-1. - Scanned double-sided pages in reverse? Reverse the page order.
- Blank backs from a duplex scanner: Remove blank pages.
Pages are copied exactly: nothing is re-compressed, and text stays selectable.
