The same layout is used for every PDF.
Pages are reordered and placed two per sheet side. Print double-sided, flipping on the short edge, then fold the stack in half. Blank pages are added at the end so the count is a multiple of 4.
How to print several pages per sheet
- Drop in your PDFs, or press Choose a folder.
- Choose how many pages go on each sheet, or switch to Booklet.
- Press Make PDFs, download, and print at 100% ("actual size").
🔒 Your PDFs are processed by your own browser and are never uploaded to our server.
Ideas
- Slide handouts: 4 or 6 slides per sheet.
- Save paper: 2 pages per sheet halves the paper with text that is still readable.
- Booklets and zines: menus, programmes, manuals and newsletters, folded and stapled in the middle.
