The first row should hold column names, such as Name, Email and Phone.
Spreadsheet to vCard
- Drop in one or more CSV or Excel files. Columns such as First Name, Email, Mobile, Company and Address are matched automatically, including Google and Outlook export headings. Change any match with the drop-down menus.
- Press Convert, check the preview, and download your .vcf file.
- iPhone: email the file to yourself or AirDrop it and tap it. Android: open the Contacts app → Fix & manage → Import from file. Gmail: contacts.google.com → Import. Outlook: older versions only import the first contact from a file, so choose one .vcf file per contact.
vCard to spreadsheet
Drop in .vcf files exported from a phone, iCloud, Outlook or Gmail. Every phone number, email and address gets its own column, and old vCard 2.1 files with accents are decoded correctly. Choose the Google or Outlook layout to import the list straight into those apps.
