How it works
- Add your list: an Excel or CSV file with a column per detail (Name, Course, Date, Hours…), or just type the names.
- Pick a design: a ready-made certificate or badge, or your own design saved as a PDF or image from Canva, Word or PowerPoint, with the name area left empty.
- Place the text: type anything and insert columns like
{Name}or{Course}.{date}is today's date and{n}the row number. Long names shrink automatically to fit. - Press Make certificates and download one printable PDF, or a ZIP with a PDF for each person, named after them, ready to email.
Good to know
- Names with accents and other alphabets (Greek, Cyrillic, Polish, Turkish, Vietnamese…) print correctly in the Sans and Serif fonts. The Script font covers Western European letters.
- Your own PDF keeps its full print quality, because it is used as a vector background, not a picture.
- For a badge sheet, print the one-PDF file with several pages per sheet, or use the N-up tool to put 4 or 6 badges on each page.
